1.) What happened to Reactor 4?
2.) What were the operators trying to do?
3.) What areas of the plant were effected?
4.) How were the people in the town effected?
5.) What happened to the guy fishing next to the reactor?
6.) Who was missing when this happened? (job title)
7.) What happened after the explosion?
8.) How was the world effected immediately afterward?
9.) How were the surrounding areas effected long term?
10.) What could have been done to protect the people in the town?
